Questions
What is billed on top of the subscription?
Usage. AI generation, SMS and voice, and email above your plan allowance are billed as you use them, at cost plus the rate shown in your workspace. We do not mark up SMS. Storage is not billed today.
Does Sepia take a fee on my payments?
None from Sepia on bookings, invoices and payments you take in the CRM, on any plan. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and you pay Stripe’s usual card fees — the same card fees any tool charges. Event tickets sell through Lava, which takes 1.5% per ticket.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every plan is month to month. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and partial periods are not refunded. Credits you buy never expire while your account is open.
Who is the merchant of record for my sales?
You are. Payments land in your own Stripe account, you set your own refund policy, and you keep the customer relationship. Sepia never holds your money.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from billing settings at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current period, and plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Do I need my own Twilio or SendGrid account?
For texts and calls, yes — you connect your own Twilio account, buy a number and register it for business texting (A2P), so you own the number and the carrier relationship. Twilio bills you at its own rates; the calculator above estimates them. Email works out of the box.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Creator Studio, Solo, Team and Pro can be paid yearly at the price of ten months — two months free. Business is sold on an annual contract with setup included.
I subscribed before these prices. What changes?
Nothing, unless you change plans. Starter, Professional, Business and the $7 Creator Studio are no longer sold, but anyone on them keeps their price, people, AI credits and rate. And since 19 October 2026 no plan takes a fee on bookings, invoices or payments you take in the CRM — Starter included. Event tickets sell through Lava (1.5%).
